We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
At Season Prestige, We provide an excellent shopping experience on trendy clothing, shoes, and accessories for all ages.
Returns:
- Thank you for shopping with us.We have 30 calendar days within which we will have to process a return from the date of delivery 

 if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

To start a return,Contact our customer service team to get instructions on how and where to send your item(s)

We will then review your return request and let you know within 7 working days if your  return meets our required conditions, at which point we will complete the refunded process within 30 days, subject to the conditions below..

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition and packaging.
  • All tags and labels must still be attached.
  • Item cannot show any signs of wear or damage.
  • Item must be returned with the original invoice/receipt.
  • We do not accept returns due to fit or sizing issues. It is the customer's responsibility to review size guides and product details carefully before purchasing.
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for returns or refunds.

- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
- If items were purchased by friends/family member and were shipped to you as a gift,

ONLY the primary purchaser has the right to apply for a refund.



Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@seasonprestige.com

Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@seasonprestige.com for a return address with a  photography proof of item.

Shipping for Returns:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

- If you are approved for a refund, 25% restocking fees will be deducted from the refund then you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
