Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have upto 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returns & Refunds Policy

At seasonprestige, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that thigs ho different sometimes.if you are not satisfied, with your order, contact our customer service team at contact@seasonprestige.com to initiate a return. 

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item,we will notify you by email Once your return is approved, and then process your return or exchange.   Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Conditions for Return and Exchange:

To be eligiblefor a return, your item must meet the following conditions;
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition and packaging.
- All tags and labels must still be attached.
- Item cannot show any signs of wear or damage. 
- Item must be returned with the original invoice/receipt.
- We do not accept returns due to fit or sizing issues. It is the customer's responsibility to review size guides and product details carefully before purchasing.
- Unfortunately, Items purchased on sale ,gift cards,at a discounted price,jewelries,are not eligible for returns ,exchange or refunds.

Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exceptions:
- Items that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned for a full refund, including the original shipping cost. Photographic evidence of the damage is required.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you a return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We reserves the right to refuse return items that does not comply with that above return conditions. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and get it sorted.
Kindly contact our courier service for any damage. We can provide help with this.

Exchange 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and if  the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund process 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
