We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returns & Refunds 

At Season Prestige, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that things are different sometimes. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact our customer service team at contact@seasonprestige.com to initiate a return. 

 1)  Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return, your item must satisfy the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition and packaging.
- All tags and labels must still be attached.
- The item cannot show any signs of wear or damage. 
- The item must be returned with the original invoice/receipt.
- We do not accept returns due to fit or sizing issues. It is the customer's responsibility to review size guides and product details carefully before purchasing.

  2)  Return Shipping & How to Start a Return

  • Contact support first at contact@seasonprestige.com to request a return and receive the correct return address.
  • Do not send items before approval — items sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Use a trackable shipping method to avoid lost or damaged shipments.
  • Exchange process: The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item after approval and then place a separate order for the replacement.

3)  Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support immediately.
  • Provide photographic evidence so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

4)  Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5)  European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

6)  Tips for a Smooth Return

  • Keep all tags, packaging, and receipts intact.
  • Take photos of the item on delivery.
  • Contact support first for approval and return address.
  • Use trackable shipping to avoid disputes.

7)  Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether it is approved.
  • Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
